DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
For use as a one-step decontaminant: SoRite DECON® 10 ml pens are ONLY to be used in applying SoRite DECON to any trace amounts of potentially harmful substances (Fentanyl, Xylazine, etc.) in a given environment, or instances where no visible harmful substance is present. If any powder, pills, or other visible substance is present in a treatment area, use larger formats of SoRite DECON (32 oz, 1 gallon containers) to ensure that enough SoRite DECON is applied to completely liquify and dissolve the visible substance. For treatment of trace amounts of harmful substances using the 10 ml pens, apply SoRite DECON directly to non-porous surfaces from pen a few inches (6” – 8”) from the treatment surface and ensure that enough SoRite DECON is applied so that the entire surface being treated is visibly wet. Treated surfaces must remain visibly wet for 60 seconds. Wipe dry with a clean cloth or allow to air dry. Wipe food contact surfaces with clean potable water. Dispose of towel waste appropriately. Follow NIOSH approved operating procedures for removal of substances.
STORAGE AND DISPOSAL Do not contaminate water, food, or feed by storage and disposal.Store in original closed container in a cool, dry place away from heat and open flame. Do not allow product to become overheated in storage. Avoid prolonged storage temperature above 53⁰C, 128⁰F and below 0⁰C, 32⁰F. This may cause increased degradation of product, which will decrease product effectiveness.
DISPOSAL: Wastes resulting from the use of this product must be disposed of on site or at an approved waste disposal facility. Discard excess or used (product) solution in drain with running water.
CONTAINER HANDLING: Container is refillable. Rinse empty container with clean, potable water and allow pen to air dry. Refill with SoRite DECON solution.
CAUTION:
Wear appropriate protective eyewear and gloves when handling SoRite DECON products and/or potentially harmful substances. The efficacy of SoRite DECON in degrading harmful substances such as fentanyl and xylazine on human skin has not been tested.
IF IN EYES: Rinse eyes with clean, cool water for a full 15 minutes. IF CONSUMED: Do not induce vomiting. Drink a glass of water.
